Educational Qualification

10th, ITI, 12th, Diploma & any Graduation / Bachelor degree should be passed. 

Age of candidates

18 to 33 years.

Monthly Salary

Rs.31,000/- to Rs.1,12,400 per month. 

Selection Process

Selection will be done on the basis of short listing, examination merit and interview.

Selection Process : Candidates will be short-listed based on their valid GATE score and marks obtained in degree/post graduate degree. Candidates must have an active e-mail id. Candidates shortlisted by Screening Committee will receive communication on further selection process. Online interview/walk-in-interview date/time will be intimated accordingly. Final selection list of successful candidates for existing vacancies and panel of candidates for future vacancies will be uploaded on DRDO website (www.drdo.gov.in).

DRDO Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) Job Recruitment 2023 Notification how to apply

Application Procedure : Completed application should be sent in the format set out below. Email ID [email protected]. Application form can also be downloaded from new

DRDO website section (www.drdo.gov.in). The application should be signed in the specified proforma. Self-attested and submitted through email along with scanned copies of required certificates or degrees. Last date for receipt of application is 21 days from the date of publication of advertisement. Employment news in Applications received incomplete after the due date will be rejected.

General Instructions:

1. Candidates should scan the applications & supporting documents in a single PDF file not exceeding 10 MB in size. (Based on file name: Discipline candidates name in full).

2. The marks obtained in the qualifying examination should be stated in percentage. In case of CGPA, candidates are requested to convert CGPA into percentage as per their university norms.

3. Candidates working in Govt. Department/PSUs/Autonomous Institution should apply through proper channel. Candidates shortlisted for interview should submit/upload ‘No Objection Certificate’ to above e-mail ID before interview.

4. In case of online interview, candidates should ensure that they have internet connectivity, webcam & necessary software at their end to attend the online interview (through video conferencing). On their own. CABS/DRDO shall not be responsible or liable for any failure of connectivity. Communication errors during the interview.

5. It may be noted that the offer of fellowships does not confer any right or absorption/employment in DRDO on the fellowship.

6. Antecedents of selected candidates will be verified at the time of joining. In case of any type of error in the documents, the candidature will be automatically cancelled.

7. Declaration of the Panel does not mean JRF award alone. Official letter will be sent based on future vacancies in the panel in order of merit.
